Producing the 1512 Spirits – Signature Poitín from his San Fransisco barbershop during off hours, Cimino uses 95% potatos and 5% Barley before hand separating the mixture in order to double distill the liquid. Each bottle is hand-numbered and hand wax-sealed. Tasting notes include oat and green spices as well as a robust spicy element that provides a unique flavour profile. 70cl / 52%.
