Description Waterford Luna 1.1 Biodynamic was created by the man behind the renaissance of Islay’s Bruichladdie. A pioneering whisky project uses only Irish barley, including organic & biodynamic, from unique terroirs. Each crop is harvested & distilled separately. One for the history books: this is the first single malt ever to be made from biodynamic barley.
